What you will do

• Manage cash flow projections and ensure availability of funds.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, institutions, and financial partners, identifying new lending sources for residential sector.
• Participate in financings, prepare financial presentations, and ensure compliance with loan covenants.
• Develop long-term financial goals, budgets, projections, and capitalization strategies for acquisitions and assets.
• Assess financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and execute special projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Create strategic initiatives through external networks, including industry organizations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or business-related field.
• 15+ years in real estate accounting or related field with multi-family operations and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with FANNIE and FREDDIE MAC loan processes/programs.
• Familiarity with 1031 Exchange process.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment; travel required (10%).

• CPA and graduate degree.
• Experience with Yardi software.
