What you will do

• Run transaction workstreams for corporate and project-level financings, including diligence and documentation.
• Build and maintain complex transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, and covenant sensitivity.
• Structure and negotiate key financing terms such as pricing, collateral, and covenant frameworks.
• Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, and committee decks.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and FP&A teams to ensure alignment on transaction deliverables.
• Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or corporate treasury.
• Strong financial modeling and transaction management capabilities.
• Experience interfacing directly with banks, credit investors, and legal counsel.
• Must be based in the US to fulfill regional responsibilities.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and ability to manage competing priorities.
