Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 plus benefits

What you will do
- Define and execute global product marketing strategies for the pulse oximetry product line aligned with company goals.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product introductions and enhancements.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and segmentation to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Translate complex clinical and technical data into compelling value propositions for hospital executives and clinicians.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic partners.
- Manage department budget and lead cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success post-launch.
Requirements
- 15+ years of demonstrated success, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Must be based in Irvine, CA for onsite work.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to interpret and communicate complex medical data.
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Prior experience leading global product launches within a medical device or life science company.
- Familiarity with FDA and international medical device regulatory processes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
