What you will do

• Lead the global enabling technology strategy and build long-range roadmaps integrating hardware, software, and data.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, scale, and optimization.
• Translate surgeon needs and market dynamics into differentiated product requirements and commercial value propositions.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across R&D, regulatory, clinical, operations, and commercial teams.
• Manage business cases, financial modeling, and capital investment trade-offs to ensure platform ROI.
• Develop relationships with global key opinion leaders to refine product-market fit and drive adoption.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device industry.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in orthopedic enabling technologies.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex capital equipment or technology platforms.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in NPV, ROI, and capital investment decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, navigation, AR/VR, or digital surgical technologies.
• Familiarity with ASC market dynamics and outpatient trends.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
