TL;DR

Product Monetisation & Pricing Lead (AI): Shaping and executing pricing strategies for the product suite with an accent on charge metrics, financial modeling, and alignment with customer value. Focus on optimizing pricing and packaging for PLG and enterprise motions, as well as translating AI economics into value propositions.

Location: Based in Paris with hybrid flexibility

What you will do

  • Design charge metrics and pricing tiers (usage, seats, subscriptions) for new and existing products.
  • Build financial models, run A/B tests, and analyze usage data to optimize pricing and packaging.
  • Translate technical features and AI economics into clear value propositions and pricing narratives.
  • Benchmark competitors and monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness.
  • Enable Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams with pricing guidelines and training.
  • Establish processes and dashboards to track revenue, margins, and adoption.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in GTM, product, or strategy roles in deep-tech or SaaS.
  • At least 5 years of dedicated pricing experience.
  • Proven track record of designing pricing strategies for technical products such as APIs, cloud, or developer tools.
  • Deep understanding of usage, seat, and license-based pricing models, as well as PLG and enterprise motions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in data-driven experiments.
  • Must be based in Paris.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI/LLM pricing levers, including fine-tuning and custom models.
  • Experience working in fast-growth tech startups.
