Salary: $203,000 – $275,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for core platform capabilities including APIs, voice, messaging, and automation.
• Drive the shift from feature delivery to intelligent system design, focusing on reasoning, orchestration, and outputs.
• Partner with engineering to prototype and scale API-first and AI-powered capabilities.
• Define and build the core AI platform layer to enable downstream AI use cases and product experiences.
• Operate as a mini-GM, influencing the long-term roadmap, prioritization, and platform direction.
• Engage with enterprise customers and GTM teams to validate use cases and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years of product management experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Deep expertise in platform, API design, and developer-centric products (CPaaS, SaaS).
• 10+ years of experience in contact centers and CCaaS platforms.
• Technical fluency in system architecture and platform tradeoffs.
• Understanding of LLMs, orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation concepts.
