TL;DR

Location: Remote (US), must be available 8:30am-5pm Pacific Time

Salary: $26-30/hour

What you will do

  • Process outside vendor bills and invoices, obtaining necessary approvals for payment.
  • Verify that all invoices comply with internal firm policies and procedures.
  • Code invoices accurately and enter them into the processing system.
  • Maintain and update vendor relations and contact information.
  • Generate financial reports and provide data as requested by management.
  • Handle other accounting and payables projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work 8:30am-5pm Pacific Time (minimum 7.5 hours per day).
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ProLaw software.
