What you will do

• Process full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities, including PO and non-PO invoices.
• Verify charges by comparing purchase orders, vendor contracts, and payment terms.
• Research and resolve invoice and purchase-order discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain reconciled accounts with vendors and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and finance teams on AP projects.
• Support annual financial statement and SOX audit processes.
