What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance lead generation and conversion.
• Provide hands-on configuration and maintenance of Marketo and Salesforce to meet client goals.
• Develop data management strategies to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Present marketing plans, best practices, and results to clients as a trusted advisor.
• Integrate multi-channel journeys with third-party solutions like Demandbase, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
• Apply AI tools to modernize and transform marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing operations role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
• Marketo MCE certification is required.
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work full-time.
• Availability during standard U.S. business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification.
• Working knowledge of Demandbase, Clay, or HubSpot.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, Clay, or ZoomInfo GTM Studio.
