What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for paid social channels including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Iterate on UGC, video, and static ads based on performance insights.
• Implement AI-native workflows to automate and scale marketing operations.
• Run high-velocity experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels.
• Scale affiliate, creator, and influencer partnerships.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion flows to improve overall funnel performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Degree in Economics, Business, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly budgets per channel.
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Amplitude, HubSpot, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with attribution, tracking, and measurement (GTM, MMPs, pixels).
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View or San Francisco, CA

• Experience in fast-growing PLG or subscription-based businesses.
