TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by engaging prospective suppliers and providing tailored compliance solutions with an accent on lead generation and relationship management. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, conducting product walkthroughs, and exceeding sales targets.

Location: Hybrid (Lehi, Utah). Must work three days a week in the Lehi Office.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Conduct research using tools like ZoomInfo to enrich prospect information.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to advance the sales process.
  • Perform product walkthroughs and overcome objections during prospecting calls to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team managers to align sales strategies and participate in professional development.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience in a SaaS environment with a proven track record.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Lehi, Utah for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Talkdesk) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to travel for sales conferences, events, and training sessions.
