Salary: $73,000 - $105,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage daily Chicago office operations, including appearance, meeting setups, and general upkeep.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and employees, leading new hire orientations.
  • Efficiently resolve facility inquiries and request tickets to ensure high employee satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships for lunch and snack programs, including auditing orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate mailing, shipping, and liaison with property management for building-related issues.
  • Administer office access programs and assist with strategic seat planning.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work onsite in Chicago from 7 AM to 4 PM, M-F.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience in a related field.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (College coursework preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience with gSuite.
