Salary: $85,200 - $144,000 USD (for US residents)

What you will do

• Perform discovery with account teams and customers to identify current capabilities and desired business outcomes.
• Design standard and custom services proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) aligned to customer goals.
• Build and present scoped services engagements and packaged solutions to stakeholders to drive deal closure.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery partners to align staffing, skillsets, and time zone coverage.
• Meet financial targets and maintain accurate services forecasts using Salesforce and Clari.
• Build cross-functional relationships with sales, solutions architecture, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience with professional services selling processes, including discovery, scoping, and commercial structuring.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for opportunity management and quoting.
• Experience in a pre-sales setting developing SOWs for implementation projects.
• Working understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and cloud transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
