Compensation: $125,000–$180,000 (base salary and performance bonus)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end use case deployments from contract signature to go-live as the primary project lead for health plan engagements.
• Develop and maintain Implementation Charters, including timelines, configuration decisions, and sign-off criteria.
• Configure voice AI use cases, including dialer setup, agent configuration, population filters, and routing logic.
• Coordinate with client IT and data teams to define and onboard member data files and eligibility pulls.
• Define HAI's standard platform onboarding process to transition integrations into scalable activations.
• Document implementation playbooks and reusable templates to optimize the deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of implementation or professional services experience specifically with health plans or managed care organizations.
• Fluency in health plan operations, including population health, care management, and Stars/HEDIS.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deployments with 60–120 day timelines.
• Experience coordinating health plan member data files with technical IT teams.
• Familiarity with payer IT environments, BAA requirements, and security questionnaires.

Nice to have

• Background at healthcare SaaS companies serving payors (e.g., Arcadia, Cotiviti, Inovalon).
• Healthcare IT consulting experience with health plan clients (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte).
• Knowledge of payer-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks such as CMS, NCQA, and HIPAA.
• Experience with voice AI, outbound member engagement platforms, or telephony configuration.
