Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects from the point of sale through to full deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives to align client needs with platform capabilities.
• Configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices for successful deployment.
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and report project status to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or CSM (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Must reside in one of the authorized US states to be considered for employment.
• Ability to confidently leverage AI tools to enhance planning, communication, and data analysis.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Desire and experience to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
