Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Lead full implementation cycles including discovery, data readiness, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate data mapping and validation across healthcare file types such as claims, eligibility, and pharmacy data.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Client Success teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical tickets for engineering sprint planning.
- Deliver platform training and create process documentation, including SOPs and user guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of implementation or project management experience in healthcare tech, payment integrity, or analytics.
- Experience with healthcare data structures and exchange file types (claims, eligibility, provider, pharmacy).
- Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
