TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineering Recruiter (AI): Owning complex, high-impact technical hiring for forward deployed engineers with an accent on the intersection of deep technical ability and customer-facing craft. What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles, including solutions engineers and deployment strategists.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate signals, and raise the hiring bar.
  • Design and execute thoughtful search strategies, from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
  • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity and empathy.
  • Continuously improve hiring by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience hiring top-tier technical and forward deployed talent in competitive markets (approx. 3+ years).
  • Expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
  • Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with a structured and adaptable approach.
  • Skill in translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.

  • Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions, specifically LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Background in high-growth startups or AI-native companies.
