Salary: $144,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering leadership to define hiring needs and execute full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Actively source and engage top-tier technical talent through outbound prospecting, networking, and events.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical aptitude and cultural fit within the organization.
• Facilitate interview processes and hiring decision-making with panelists and leadership.
• Manage the offer process in collaboration with finance and HR teams.
• Continuously improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience using data and industry trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
• Proven ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen for both technical and company fit.
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and alternative channels.
• Expertise in using Greenhouse and Gem for pipeline management and metrics.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Must be based in the US (or able to work within US-based teams).
