TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and maintain revenue and bookings forecast models to ensure a single source of truth for ARR, billings, and cash forecasts.
  • Build granular forecasts categorized by product, customer segment, geography, and revenue type.
  • Lead the monthly Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) process and prepare executive-ready variance reporting packages.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP) cycles.
  • Enhance financial models and dashboards using Excel, Pigment, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and prompting techniques to automate routine tasks and improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or Sales Finance.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS / subscription revenue modeling (ARR, bookings, churn, NRR, billings).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial modeling and large dataset management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for drafting content, data entry, and workflow automation.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with perpetual-to-subscription/SaaS conversion modeling.
  • Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for revenue and renewal forecasting.
