What you will do

• Support corporate financial model inputs, monthly financial close processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product (R&D) organizations to improve the accuracy and understanding of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist the Product organization through pricing analysis and product roadmap prioritization.
• Create robust financial analyses, models, and dashboards to facilitate business decisions.
• Develop scalable solutions to address immediate and future business needs and challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Proven track record of supporting executive leadership of R&D within a SaaS company.
• Expertise in creating financial models and reports, specifically using Excel.
• Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Must be located in Boston, MA or Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with FP&A relational databases and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting.
• Proficiency with FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
