What you will do

• Own budget-to-actual reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships.
• Serve as the source of truth for GTM unit economics, including LTV/CAC, sales productivity, and retention metrics.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership on quota planning, capacity models, and pipeline forecasting.
• Build analytical frameworks to guide executive decisions regarding hiring, spend, and resource allocation.
• Deliver clear variance analysis that explains the business drivers behind performance.
• Utilize AI tooling and automation to increase analytical throughput and reduce manual workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 2 years supporting a GTM organization.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, LTV/CAC, retention, and sales efficiency.
• Experience partnering directly with VP and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Insights (or similar), Excel/Google Sheets, and Salesforce.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
