What you will do

• Conduct site scope-outs and audits to provide technical recommendations for installations.
• Commission, configure, and program controllers and validate chemical feed equipment operation.
• Perform electrical and mechanical installation of components for final tie-ins in the field.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and customer communications.

Requirements

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering (or HS diploma with 5+ years experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in Instrumentation and Electronics (I&E) or plant operations/maintenance.
• Must be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor visas.
• Ability to travel 50-60% within the assigned region.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Proficiency in electrical equipment, chemistry, and safety protocols.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital communications including MODBUS, OPC, ProfiNet, and networking.
• Understanding of Water Treatment processes, controls, and chemical applications.
• Fundamental computer programming skills, including Boolean and comparative logic.
• Previous experience in field service or customer-facing technical roles.
