What you will do

• Function as a lead technical specialist for conventional and advanced wastewater treatment processes.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff while collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and equipment recommendations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements independently.
• Provide technical guidance on engineering standards, codes, and corporate policies.
• Support business development and client pursuit activities by identifying key interests and drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience in wastewater treatment.
• Deep understanding of process design, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Established leadership skills in consulting, project execution, and team management.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and screenings.
• Professional registration or licensure in the home office country (or active pursuit thereof).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
• Experience with process simulators such as BioWin, GPS-X, Sumo, or Simba.
