What you will do

• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for assigned business areas, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Manage core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Coach managers on employee relations, organizational challenges, and people management practices.
• Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and strengthen employee engagement.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong background as an HR Generalist.
• Experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence leadership across all organizational levels.
