What you will do

• Build and own long-term client partnerships based on honesty and business acumen.
• Frame every engagement around business impact, focusing on revenue, cost, margin, risk, and speed.
• Identify and shape growth opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Growth Managing Principals.
• Proactively track delivery health, client satisfaction, and risks to surface tradeoffs early.
• Manage tactical work including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in client-facing roles with ownership of relationships, delivery, and account growth.
• Experience in technology, data, or AI consulting.
• English: C1 level required.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and frame difficult conversations.
• Must be based in the US or LATAM.
• No H1B visa sponsorship available.
