What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, strategists, and designers to deliver integrated MarTech programs.
• Manage technically complex engagements such as CDP integrations, mobile SDK setups, and data architecture projects.
• Translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, status communications, and clear technical documentation.
• Monitor account health, manage project scope, and proactively identify risks to delivery timelines.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to ensure seamless technical coordination and consistent communication.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client, account, or project management within a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of MarTech platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, or Hightouch.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technically complex projects and understand data flows across the MarTech stack.
• Comfortable engaging in technical conversations with engineers and Solutions Architects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
