What you will do
- Own the customer program end-to-end, from contract signature through expansion, ensuring clear milestones and outcomes.
- Direct the delivery pod, including Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams, to maximize value.
- Partner with account teams to ensure engagements are scoped for excellence and executable.
- Manage relationships from C-suite sponsors to data scientists, bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.
- Drive rollout, enablement, and change management to ensure high product adoption.
- Identify and qualify new use cases and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales and customer success.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 4–8 years in enterprise customer-facing disciplines such as implementations, consulting, or technical program management.
- Proven experience leading teams, direct reports, or cross-functional pods of engineers and specialists.
- Technical fluency across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
- Ability to convert unstructured executive conversations into executable plans in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in life sciences, financial services, or regulated industries is a meaningful advantage.
