Salary: $115,600 - $145,500

What you will do

• Own the People technology ecosystem (UKG) and ensure scalability and alignment with business needs.
• Govern organizational data structures, job architecture, and reporting hierarchies to ensure consistency.
• Design People systems architecture and data flows achirify.globalss ATS, payhirify.globalll, benefits, and performance tools.
• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for phirify.globalcess streamlining using automation and AI tools.
• Partner chirify.globalss-functionally with HR, IT, Payhirify.globalll, and Finance to align systems strategy and data governance.

Requirements

• hirify.globalng>Must be based in the United Stateshirify.globalng>.
• 5–7+ years of experience in People Technology, HRIS, or People Analytics.
• Sthirify.globalng experience with workforce analytics and dashboard development.
• Phirify.globalficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake, Tableau).
• Experience managing HRIS integrations, APIs, and chirify.globalss-system data flows.
• Phirify.globalven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with UKG or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to imphirify.globalve operational efficiency.
