TL;DR

Senior People Operations Specialist (Fintech): Managing core HR operations and the employee lifecycle for a globally distributed team with an accent on EOR management and AI-driven process automation. Focus on designing scalable HR workflows, integrating people ops tooling, and optimizing operational efficiency through AI.

Location: Remote within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Your application will not be considered if you're outside of this region.

Salary: €60K – €80K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for a remote-first team.
  • Support managers and employees on performance management and employee relations.
  • Manage EOR providers and contractors across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with Finance on payroll and contractor-related processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Design and document scalable HR workflows, replacing manual tasks with AI-assisted solutions.
  • Build and maintain people ops tooling and automations using HiBob, Notion, and Slack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR within a tech company (SaaS, fintech).
  • Proven experience in a scale-up or startup environment building processes from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of European employment complexity, EOR models, and contractor management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, async-first environment.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for research, drafting, and operational building.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in larger organizations (1k–5k employees).
  • Exposure to payroll provider management.
