Location: Must be based in the US (Lehi, UT / Remote)

What you will do
- Own the HRIS as the system of record and ensure data integrity.
- Design and execute scalable onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Manage benefits administration, leave coordination, and multi-state employment compliance.
- Support performance review cycles, merit planning, and total rewards execution.
- Build and optimize SOPs and analytics across the People Ops stack.
- Implement automation and AI tools to eliminate manual administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of People Operations or HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on administrator-level experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, or Workday.
- Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
- Proven track record of building scalable workflows and process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting M&A people integration.
- Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Exposure to recruiting operations and compensation tools.
- Hands-on payroll fluency.
