Focus on leveraging AI and systems thinking to eliminate administrative overhead and deliver a high-impact employee experience.

Location: Must be based in the US (Lehi, UT / Remote)

What you will do

  • Own the HRIS as the system of record and ensure data integrity.
  • Design and execute scalable onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Manage benefits administration, leave coordination, and multi-state employment compliance.
  • Support performance review cycles, merit planning, and total rewards execution.
  • Build and optimize SOPs and analytics across the People Ops stack.
  • Implement automation and AI tools to eliminate manual administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of People Operations or HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on administrator-level experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, or Workday.
  • Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building scalable workflows and process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting M&A people integration.
  • Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Exposure to recruiting operations and compensation tools.
  • Hands-on payroll fluency.
