Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Administer global employee benefits programs across the U.S., Canada, Ireland, Brazil, Spain, and other international locations.
  • Manage open enrollment cycles, employee communications, and virtual orientation sessions.
  • Oversee global retirement and savings programs, including U.S. 401(k) and Canadian RRSP/TFSA/DPSP plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, troubleshooting enrollment and billing issues.
  • Perform benefits billing reconciliations, audits, and ensure compliance across various jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate leave of absence programs (FMLA, parental, disability) with vendors, payroll, and managers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or payroll.
  • Foundational knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs and leave administration.
  • Experience managing employee-facing processes and handling sensitive confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail for reconciliations and audits.
  • Must be based in Canada or North America.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries and familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) environments.
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
  • CEBS, PHR, or equivalent HR/benefits certification.
  • Experience working in high-growth global startup environments.
