What you will do

• Act as the AMR technical lead, coordinating 3-4 active programs to ensure coherence and consistency across awards.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and alignment with FCDO expectations to overcome bottlenecks across countries.
• Track portfolio-level performance and develop success stories and evidence products for client reporting.
• Package AMR capabilities into a compelling service offer and create marketing materials for global health security.
• Identify and pursue new AMR business opportunities with various funders to grow the pipeline.

Requirements

• Deep AMR subject matter expertise with hands-on delivery in multi-country, donor-funded programs (e.g., Fleming Fund).
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and troubleshoot delivery issues across complex workstreams.
• Strong program management capability, including managing workplans, risks, and stakeholders.
• Experience synthesizing performance data into clear evidence and donor-facing briefs.
• Current UK work authorization is mandatory.
