Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and own day-to-day health plan relationships to proactively manage product delivery and service expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and strategic Health Plan reseller partners.
• Develop and execute Annual Strategic Account Plans to ensure 100% partnership and group retention.
• Deliver performance reports with insights on trends, opportunities, and value creation.
• Collaborate with internal Product, BI, Clinical, and Marketing teams to optimize service delivery.
• Partner with Activation and Implementation teams for new partnership onboarding and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in account management or customer success, preferably in healthcare, health plan, or health advocacy industries.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior management teams.
