What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of live health system customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the transition from Sales to CS, overseeing implementation and the go-live process for new clients.
  • Develop CS playbooks, onboarding processes, and team templates in collaboration with leadership.
  • Monitor client performance and report financial impact to executives to drive renewals and product expansion.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, delivering feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to resolve customer issues and facilitate necessary solutions.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, primarily within the health tech space with hospital or health system clients.
  • Familiarity with DRGs and how they translate into payment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguous roles and navigate complex customer conversations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hospital revenue cycle, billing, or CDI operational workflows.
  • Previous experience at a startup, specifically as an initial Customer Success Manager.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar tools.
  • Comfort with ad hoc data analytics.
