Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 yearly

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing Growth & Commerce Product Analytics team focused on subscriber growth, retention, and ARPU.
• Develop and execute the analytics strategy and roadmap for Growth & Commerce across NBC Global Streaming.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product bets and connect roadmap decisions to measurable revenue outcomes.
• Optimize the experimentation roadmap by improving hypothesis quality, metric definition, and result interpretation.
• Advance AI-enabled and Databricks-based self-service analytics workflows to improve productivity and insight accessibility.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear executive narratives to guide business actions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of applied experience in product, growth, or commerce analytics in a high-scale digital product environment.
• 6+ years of people management experience leading teams of managers and individual contributors.
• Deep expertise in subscriber growth, churn reduction, ARPU, LTV, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical concepts, and causal measurement.
• BA/BS in a quantitative, technical, or business field.

Nice to have

• Experience in streaming, media, eCommerce, gaming, or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with CUPED, regression adjustment, or quasi-experimental methods.
• Experience with Delta Lake and Databricks Genie.
