Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, excluding Hawaii)
Salary: $210,290 – $235,030 (Base + Bonus) + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and evolution of marketing analytics, partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
- Manage and develop a team of data scientists to unlock growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
- Design and scale A/B testing frameworks to optimize funnel performance and channel effectiveness.
- Implement and manage multi-touch attribution solutions and data standardization processes.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO to guide revenue and growth decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in marketing analytics and 3+ years in people management.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Expertise in digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV) and paid channels such as Google and Meta.
- Advanced proficiency with dbt, Airflow, SQL, and visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Proven experience in experiment design and results interpretation for A/B testing.
- Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup marketplace environment.
- Proficiency with Python or R for analytics and scripting.
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technical tools for marketing analytics.
