What you will do

  • Own marketing attribution and measurement frameworks across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other acquisition programs.
  • Design, execute, and analyze incrementality tests and experimentation programs to measure causal marketing impact.
  • Build and maintain automated daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for growth marketing and company leadership.
  • Develop scalable analytics tools and processes to accelerate data-driven decision-making across the Growth team.
  • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Data, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to improve measurement infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably focused on growth marketing or ecommerce.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience building attribution models and designing experimental measurement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation design, causal inference, and marketing measurement best practices.
  • Must be based in Palo Alto, California, United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Support for app measurement and mobile attribution initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve analysis and insight generation.
