Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas and open to a hybrid working environment.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary driving force in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer organizational structure, systems, and workflow.
  • Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through lead development and outbound prospecting.
  • Understand, position, and articulate the value of hirify.global solutions to all levels within customer organizations.
  • Draft customer proposals, negotiate pricing, and align internal resources with key stakeholders.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue achievement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related fields.
  • Based in Austin, Texas and open to a hybrid working environment.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in closing sales functions, with SaaS being highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in defining and achieving growth success metrics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and demonstrate new technology fast.
