TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Drive full-cycle sales including new client acquisition and existing customer retention for a software creation platform with an accent on technical sales and AI. Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA with in-office requirement Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

What you will do

  • Evangelize the vision of software creation using natural language and guide prospects and customers through the buying journey
  • Conduct product demonstrations and orchestrate non-engineering hackathons to showcase possibilities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and successful delivery
  • Prepare tailored quotes, negotiate deals, and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded adoption
  • Optimize customer use of the platform and gather valuable feedback

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area (Foster City, CA)
  • Experience in AE or technical sales roles, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and full-cycle sales experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot and strong organizational skills
  • Passion for AI and technology with willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
