What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Workday configuration lifecycle for Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM.
• Lead and support annual events, including Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Reviews.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and hubs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage Workday upgrades and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Champion the adoption of standard Workday features to reduce manual effort.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the People Technology team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Workday experience, including 4+ years specifically in Advanced Compensation.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Benefits and Core HCM configuration.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Must be on U.S. soil and hold U.S. person status (visa holders do not qualify).

Nice to have

• Workday Certifications in Benefits, Advance Comp, or Core HCM.
• Experience with Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, or Talent Management modules.
