Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA

Salary: $120,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Measure the business impact of platform and security changes on key metrics like conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Design and analyze experiments to balance security controls with member friction.
• Analyze sign-in and purchase funnels to identify drop-off points and recommend optimizations.
• Partner with Finance to analyze Gross Margin, COGS, and cloud hosting unit economics.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into the account and security landscape.
• Serve as the primary analytical thought partner for the Platform Engineering team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a deeply analytical role within product, platform, or engineering environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Strong SQL skills required; Python experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering value in direct-to-consumer or technology environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
