TL;DR
HRIS Analyst (Workday): Supporting and configuring the Workday HCM system to ensure data integrity and optimize HR business processes with an accent on report management and system administration. Location: United States - Shakopee, MN. Must have unrestricted US work authorization.
Salary: $83,651–$122,687 per year

What you will do
- Execute system administration in Workday, including dashboard, report, and permission management.
- Provide end-user support, maintain system documentation, and perform routine data validation.
- Identify and implement configuration enhancements to improve HR business process efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for system issues and resolve data discrepancies.
- Evaluate and implement new system releases and approved functionality.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to ensure data integrity and security across integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and technology, including 2+ years utilizing Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, and personnel administration.
- Expertise in MS Excel and Workday report building (calculated fields, custom reports).
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certifications in HCM Core, Benefits, or Integrations.
- Experience with VNDLY, Peakon, or general HRIS API workflows.
- Project Management experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting global HR teams and processes.
