Location: Must be based in Los Angeles (Field time expectation: 4.5 days per week)

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive territory growth through prospecting and closing new business with general pediatricians.
• Serve as the primary account manager for healthcare providers, mid-levels, and clinic staff.
• Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomic testing.
• Execute in-person and virtual client meetings, including educational events and regional conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain high field presence (4.5 days/week) and meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in healthcare sales or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
• Experience selling into general pediatric practices strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel, including some required weekends, evenings, and overnights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
