• Maintain hospital privileges at hirify.global Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital.
• Contribute to the growth of the expanding clinic in the Northern Suburbs.
• Manage patient records and clinical data using the EPIC electronic health record system.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or Board eligible (BC/BE) in Nephrology.
• Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Nephrology.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lake Forest, IL.
