Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for multiple simultaneous projects in Western Canada to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Lead teams of external project managers and coordinate internal supply chain resources for owner-furnished equipment.
• Establish entitlements, secure building permits, and manage relationships with local jurisdictions (AHJ).
• Prepare construction and development estimates, project budgets, and unit cost reports.
• Oversee contractor procurement, buyout, submittals, and monitor on-site safety, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate final close-out procedures, including as-built drawings and the letter of substantial completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction or construction management.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the mission-critical industry.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
• Must be available to travel to sites in Vancouver and Calgary.
