What you will do

• Lead project controls activities, providing technical expertise, guidance, and oversight for assigned transportation projects.
• Develop and maintain project controls frameworks, reporting tools, and performance monitoring systems.
• Provide forecasting insights and analysis to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Establish and manage project baselines for cost, schedule, and scope to enable effective tracking and forecasting.
• Oversee outputs from document, cost, and schedule controllers to ensure quality, consistency, and data integrity.
• Manage change control processes, assessing impacts on project scope, cost, and schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, cost control, or scheduling within a civil engineering or construction environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in implementing integrated project controls systems and proficiency with industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and Alliance delivery models.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Burnaby, BC office.
