What you will do

• Contribute significantly to shaping the vision and strategic direction for the product line.
• Lead the definition of product line strategy and roadmaps, identifying key business opportunities.
• Uncover customer pain points and market opportunities through customer and stakeholder interaction.
• Develop robust business cases and seek funding approval from senior leadership.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors and internal teams to drive product growth.
• Identify and explore opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence to drive better user outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of product capability throughout the product lifecycle, from definition to sunset.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry or field.
• Familiarity with top Pay products solution companies and their offerings.
• Strong experience in conducting market research, customer feedback, user testing, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Experience in using agile methodologies and tools for product development cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in launching and evaluating products using various metrics and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
