What you will do

• Design and deliver role-specific enablement programs to improve conversion performance and deal quality.
• Act as a trainer and coach to develop practical selling capabilities and commercial judgment across the AE organization.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted selling workflows for account research, discovery, and productivity improvement.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to operationalize sales methodologies and qualification frameworks.
• Manage the AE enablement calendar, aligning training and certifications with business priorities and pipeline objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or related GTM functions.
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in coaching or capability development roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, discovery, negotiation, and forecasting.
• Experience delivering training workshops and certification programs.
• Must be based in the UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
