What you will do

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions, reviews, and validation meetings.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in business analysis throughout the full requirements lifecycle.
• Experience creating structured requirements documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to perform impact analysis and prioritize business demands.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI solutions and Generative AI tools.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with API integrations including RESTful and SOAP services.
