What you will do

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions, reviews, and validation meetings.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

Requirements

• English: Advanced or Fluent level required
• Location: Must be based in Brazil
• Proven experience in the full requirements lifecycle, from elicitation to validation.
• Expertise in creating structured documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello.
• Ability to perform impact analysis, identify dependencies, and prioritize business demands.

Nice to have

• Experience applying Generative AI tools (LLMs, Copilots) to solve business problems.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry, including dealerships or vehicle manufacturers.
• Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP API integrations.
